Steps Ahead is urgently looking for a Regional Manager - North Region.
Based at Islamabad/Rawalpindi, a Regional Manager fulfils recruitment and HR operations needs for multiple commercial establishments within North region. Primary duties include:
- Managing (relationship building) existing clients & team
- New business development
- Facilitate clients in expansion plan
- Recruitment/Resourcing (New, replacements) / Talent Pool Management
- HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management (including payroll)
The RM will be required to travel frequently to outstations like (but not limited to) Barakhau, Rawat, Jhelum, Sargodha, Peshawar, Attock, Taxila, Murree etc.
Steps Ahead’s frame fit someone who:
Atleast a Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Has deep connections in FMCG distribution network
- Has experience in managing remote/distributed teams
- Must be excellent in written & verbal communication
- Familiar with geography of North Region (ranging from Gujrat/Jhelum to Peshawar & Kashmir)
- Is a go-getter
