- Be able to follow strict Branding Guidelines when appropriate but use original thinking and design sense when guideline adherence is not required.
- Create animation templates that can be used for videos.
- Help provide artistic direction to generate inspirational, conceptual and creative ideas with the rest of the design team.
- Conceptualize and originate design briefs, and execute the work in 2D.
- Work with Creative Team and fellow designers to provide & develop design solutions.
- Be involved throughout the project, ensuring reliable contact with the team to deliver results that meet and exceed expectations.
- Present concepts and design ideas to the team, listen to feedback and make recommendations where appropriate.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Even Better if:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or three or more years of experience in a relevant animation, agency or production studio environment.
- Highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut. Pro experience would be a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage deadlines, handling multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work under pressure.
- Ability to take creative direction and work within a team based environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, presentation skills and having a constructive opinion is important.
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and a "can do’" attitude.
