We need finance manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including.
- Payroll management
- Expense Sheet preparation
- Payments/ purchasing
- Balance Sheet
- File monthly Income/ Sales Tax Returns
- Prepare trial balance sheet/ Statement of Income and Expenditure
- Filing Tax returns of company and Directors
- Maintaining Documentation/ approvals
- Generate Invoices
- keeping track of cash flow
- Petty cash
- perform Internal and external Audit
- Updated Bank book with detail of cheque issued during the month
- Update Ledgers with Trail balances and purpose of transections
- Prepare salary slips to all employees on monthly bases
- Keep track of all medical insurance claims
- Attendance working hours assessment
- Reconcile bank statements
- Online inventory management using QuickBooks
- Should have excellent communication skills
