About the candidate… The ideal candidate should be Bachelors/Master Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience preferably with US/ Canada based IT Company, datacentres or BPO with focus on hiring Sales, marketing, engineering and project/ product management positions.
The candidate should have sound knowledge of latest tools and techniques for hiring/ headhunting. Responsible for the overall preparation and implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Maintaining Employees Personal files and perform all HR related functions and Administrative tasks.
