Job Title:        Lead Generation Specialist

Reports To:    Managing Director

Summary:   The incumbent will be responsible to develop a sales pipeline, increase brand awareness through email marketing. This role will be responsible to build relationships and generate quality leads and show tangible results. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         Create a wide variety of email marketing campaigns and ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized.

·         Ensure to run email campaigns using StoneFly’s tools and techniques.

·         Ability to sort out replies and categorize them in different categories. Prepare list for hot leads, identify customers who want themselves to be unsubscribed and accordingly make prompt action.

·         Secure email database for future campaigns. Compile email lists and follow up on emails.   

·         Track and analyzing campaign results. Identify target audience and grow our email list

·         Add hot leads in our Sugar CRM and share it with Director Sales. Director will further allocate leads to the sales team.

·         Provide weekly and monthly report to Director with detailed analysis as how many campaigns were run in a month and share analysis of those campaigns.

·         Use latest tools to perform the Data Analysis. Able to manage multiple data sheets and have sound knowledge regarding automation tools like Pardot, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign

·         Collaborate with Sales Team with respect to lead generation data

Job Specifications:

Education:            BBA, MBA, BCS, MCS, MIT, BBIT  

Experience:          At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience of lead generation for B2B sector primarily in US market.

Skills:         

  • Proven work experience as B2B Lead generation specialist.
  • Understanding of data management and data workflows and report generation
  • Experience of working on Automation tools like Pardot, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
  • Experience of working on any major CRM software
  • Outstanding Project/Team management skills.
  • Ability to identify anomalies & meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
