Stonefly Inc is an IT company Headquartered in the Silicon Valley (Hayward) California The innovators of powerful yet cost-effective IP SAN and NAS products, Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions has an immediate opening for a Sales Engineer for its branch office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

We are looking for a self-motivated, result oriented individual who can close the sales and develop a comprehensive strategy to bring in new business. The individual must be highly engaging who can follow up on existing opportunities and quotes and close the deal with strong follow-up Skills. One must adopt a creative approach to make new clients. The individual should have strong analytical skills to determine what our competitors are offering in the same industry and how we are different from them. Must have proven email correspondence knowledge and experience to handle corporate clients. The individual should have proven experience and dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Knowledge Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, in IT with 3-5 years of sales and Business development experience.
  • Candidates with experience of working in corporate sales/client services jobs with US-based companies/ BPO’s would be preferred.
  • Must have strong follow-up and deal closing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with native American accent / Neutral accent.
  • Corporate level email correspondence skills with knowledge of latest business trends.
  • Relevant work experience as a Business Development position.
  • Extremely engaging and result oriented personality.
  • Convincing track record in IT related sales would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work in night shift – 7 pm to 3 am.
  • Networking, Persuasion, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
  • Must have strong knowledge or using CRM and Microsoft Office.
