• Assist Head of department to ensure talent acquisition activities are completing monthly and annual induction target for all departments.
  • Assist in external and internal hiring (i.e. moving/ transferring an individual from one job to another).
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. submission of starter kit, work schedules and contract details)
  • Assist in maintaining head count of all departments.
  • Responsible for positing jobs on internal/external portal and maintaining detailed excel sheet.    
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates after the end date.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool and taking follow-ups on calls
  • Review and ensure both pre and post-employment documents  
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Maintaining records for applicants
