Job Description


  • Manage a full recruitment cycle
  • Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, Linkedin, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
  • Technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering communities, Sales groups and university sources.
  • Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience hiring from IT industry.
  • Pre-screen candidates for their technical skills and behavioral skills as well as conduct reference checks
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to proactively identify target markets, key skill sets.
  • Prioritize tasks on daily basis without compromising results.
  • Participate in daily activities where you will collaborate with candidates, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
  • Should have experience in managing tight deadlines and meet expectations.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations.


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment agency highly preferred.
  • Strong academic background – degree or diploma in technical, business, marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated 3-4 years of direct recruitment experience in IT industry.
  • Experience working in IT or Telecom industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, strong people skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong passion to make recruitment and/or account management as career.
  • Excels in both oral and written communication and is proficient with Microsoft Office
