We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure the timely availability of stock while supporting the overall logistics of the store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control and stock management, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth store operations and requires a proactive approach to managing supplies and coordinating with suppliers to keep the workflow efficient and uninterrupted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and maintain inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages and stockouts.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports detailing stock levels and movements.
- Assist in coordinating store logistics to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Organize the storage area and maintain cleanliness to uphold safety and orderliness standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.).
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in stock management, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs45,000. The role demands hands-on involvement in managing store operations and inventory control.
