- Looking for a retired Army Officer (Maj/Lt.Col) to serve as GM Operations at a security company named SGSS. The officer will be responsible to look after overall operations of the company and will have JCOs / NCOs and other executives reporting to him.
- The officer will be responsible for smooth ops and for liason with Govt agencies if and when required.
- The officer shall also be responsible to maintain a healthy working relationship with clients and to stay in touch with company's supervisors deployed at client's end.
- The office shall be expected to enhance the relationship with existing clients resulting in increase in business.
- This is not going to be a typical desk job but would require an enthusiastic professional who acts as a go-getter and who sets his own targets and gets maximum output from his team to achieve those targets.
- The officer will also be expected to generate company's business in the designated region. The officer shall be expected to present a monthly opearations report to the Directors.
