Job Description
Application Criteria:
· A retired Pak Army Captain, Major or a Lieutenant Colonel
· Experience in the security industry will be preferre
Job Duties will involve the following:
· Courteous, professional manner with a calm, vigilant approach to multiple tasks
· Ability to manage a team in a confident, decisive manner is essential
· Ability to deal with Alarm Callouts and Emergencies
· Ability to implement security policies and procedures
· Design and educate guards on emergency response action
· Conduct drills to evaluate security responses
· Recruiting, training, and supervising security officers
· Prepare and control budgets for security operations
· Assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload
· Oversee and coordination of staff on daily basis
· Implement safety and health procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard
· Set up key controls on company equipment and facility to limit access to restricted property
· Order the supply of security tools and equipment required in carrying out security operations
· Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence
· Liaise with public law enforcement agencies and compliance of government policies
