Job Description

To coordinate with target community, maintain functionality and supervise the Virtual/Physical AACs at Tehsil Level

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct Social Mobilization and Organization of Community in the project target villages
  • Establish Aawaz Village Forums (AVF), and work with them on the planned activities
  • Refer and coordinate community by engaging AVFs to AACs
  • Assist forum members to conduct regular monthly and Bi-monthly meetings
  • Ensure efficient distribution of the IEC material
  • Maintain records including minutes of meetings, attendance sheets, pictures etc
  • Coordinate with AACs to ensure community is receiving available facilities/information regarding public offices
  • Assist/conduct awareness raising sessions, and prepare result-based reports
  • Assist Training and Advocacy Officer in facilitation of trainings and collection of advocacy related issues
  • Work with Community Outreach Officers to implement the planned activities including formation of village/district forums, meetings, and in other field level activities
  • Coordinating and conducting district level meetings and mobilizing communities on issues related to service providers/public offices
  • Preparation of the monthly and weekly work plans of the AACs related activities
  • Prepare reports of program activities and submit to supervisor and regional office and project manager according to the project requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with project staff and SPO regional team
  • Participate in the SPO program planning and review meetings
  • Participate in different trainings as identify by supervisor.
  • Undertakes any other project relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Position is based at JalalpurPirwala
  • Preference will be given to candidates from JalalpurPirwala
  • Ready to work immediately.
  • SPO strongly prohibits Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), accordingly; candidate background and reference check will be conducted
