Job Objective:

To ensure the finance management of SPO centre fund, operations, personal file management, logistics and general service are carried out in a cost effective manner and in accordance with SPO objectives and established procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day finance, administrative and logistic resources of the SPO Regional Centre.
  • Under the guidance of Finance & Admin Specialist ensure financial systems and controls are in place within the office.
  • Processing payables, receivables and review expenditures charged to the grant and administrative budget, ensuring the cost are checked against budget and are in compliance with the agreement.
  • Administrative and reconciliation of Petty Cash.
  • Maintain office leases and amendments.
  • Maintain accessible and organized vendor and personnel files compliant with SPO requirements.
  • Review Personnel notifications for accuracy, manage documents and records.
  • Maintain travel arrangements (Car rental, Flights tickets, accommodations, etc), book staff travel, conference and training where required.
  • Assist with preparation of Annual Budget.
  • Any other duties assigned by line supervisor
