To ensure the field level implementation of project activities according to operational plans and as per the budget.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Community mobilization at field level

 

    • Reporting of program activities to supervisor

 

    • Facilitating activities that build the capacity of community

 

    • Providing statistical data, reports and planning information to the Region for internal and external dissemination

 

    • Working in collaboration with regional staff to develop capacity building partnerships in flood-affected districts

 

    • Maintaining district / cluster record & filing

 

    • Coordinate with the government department/s and communities for relief activities

 

    • Ensure regular field visits and high quality timely production of all deliverables

 

    • Participate in the project implementation meetings

 

    • Provide support to team members and partners/allies in smooth implementation of projects and developing required skills

 

    • Any other relevant task assigned by Regional Manager

Other:

    • Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values

 

    • Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO

 

    • Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor
