* Creating teams for each project individually
* Head hunting of Experienced TV serial Directors, Editors, Pre production and post production staff.
* Outsourcing
* Reasearch the market for fresh content
* You will be required to contact experienced directors, artists and TV channels on a regular basis, which requires an already built excelent PR in the Show Biz industry.
