We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Advisor to join our student support team. In this role, you will provide both academic and personal guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve success inside and outside the classroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting student growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking academic and career guidance.
- Assist students with course selection, registration, and academic planning.
- Monitor student performance and provide appropriate support or referrals when necessary.
- Help students identify their goals and develop actionable academic and career plans.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and student services to promote student development.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events focused on academic skills and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress to ensure effective follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in academic advising, student support services, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of educational systems, policies, and student development theories.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and student information systems.

- Salary Range: Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 per month
