Key Responsibilities
Provide expert counseling to students interested in studying abroad by helping them explore various educational options and understand application procedures. Assist students in choosing suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic qualifications and career aspirations. Stay informed about the latest international education trends, visa regulations, and admission criteria. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to boost customer satisfaction. Address inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Work collaboratively with the team to devise strategies that improve service delivery and expand the client base.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in student counseling or a related role within the education consultancy sector is essential.
