We are looking to hire Digital Marketing Manager at ICD/ SCS Lahore office.
- Maintaining SCS and ICD web sites. Coordinating with web maintenance resource person for keep web site page updated, adding new pages and keep web site aesthetically attractive.
- Taking care of online chat requests, attending chat calls on web sites, responding them promptly and recording enquiries from chat.
- Composing, planning and running Email campaigns at Mailchimp and other tools, getting reports of email campaigns
- Running promotional campaigns for both SCS and ICD at social media mainly Facebook, Linked IN, Instagram and Twitter. This includes but not limited to posting at least one creative post on social media every day & keep social media pages updated with latest promotions shared
- Replying at social media pages enquiries and recording leads, Forwarding serious leads to related staff member.
- Running and remain active our WhatsApp channels
- Planning Webinars, creating webinars at zoom, marketing upcoming webinars through email / SMS and social media. Keep an eye on registrations and providing pre event and post event data of attendees. Generating Digital Certificates of attendees. Keeping webinar pages of SCS and ICD web sites updated. Desirably at least one webinar in a week is required
- Creating SMS campaigns at SMS portal, running SMS campaigns to targeted data for events / promotions. Keeping SMS portal updated with latest data gathered.
- Keeping Online Shopify store updated, with products / prices / product descriptions. Also keeping daily record of Online orders processed at Store and client contacts.
- Keep updated ICD/ SCS Jotforms, Zoom, Padlet, Moodle, Shopify Store, SMS platform and other tools used from time to time
- Planning Online Events, Virtual Exhibitions, Webinars. This will include pre event planning and promotions, event day activity and post event follow up
Desirable Skills
- Punctuality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- IT Skills with ease to use MS Office applications – Uploading data, entry of data & using
- Pleasant personality acting video / webinar host in all programs.
- Wordpress/ Hubspot / Jotform/ Graphics / Shopify familiarity will be a plus and desirable but not mandatory
- We will be glad to consider fresh graduates as all we need is passion who doesn’t bother hard work, not looking for short cuts & don’t give us lame excuses for jobs not done but tell truth !
Job timings 10am to 6pm / 9am to 5pm – 5 days a week. Two Saturdays can be working as per exams schedule
Initial 3 months probationary period is required after which appointment will be confirmed.
Package:
A fixed attractive salary package will be offered which is will increased (35K-50K) to agreed level after 3 months’ probation
IN probation performance will be evaluated & salary will be enhancing and job confirmation will be done on satisfactory performance and reaching targets as set out.
Due to security and compliance – an agreement will be signed & an original highest qualification academic degree / transcript will be required to be submitted with office for job duration.
We expect candidate do there ground work BEFORE they attend interview – like they should know our organizations, our products, our digital pages & how they can be fit for our organization. Candidates who will come not prepared will be rejected right away.

ICD offers various English exams including Cambridge English, Pearson Test of English, TOEFL iBT and HSK exams. Also we offer various Teaching Qualifications including TEFL, CELT p/s, TKT and Cert. in EMI from Cambridge. Another brand of ICD is SCS - Student Counseling Services. SCS guide students for study abroad purposes. Working since 2002 the company has excellent track record for exams, training and counseling.
