Student Counselor

VICPAK Consultancy Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Counselor to join its team in Lahore. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with at least one year of relevant experience who are passionate about guiding and supporting students in their academic and career decisions. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs90,000 and is based in our Lahore office, providing an engaging in-person work environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling and guidance to students on their academic choices and career options. Assist students in making well-informed decisions about their education and future pathways. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress to ensure effective follow-up. Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing student support. Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Monitor student satisfaction regularly and offer constructive feedback to improve counseling services.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in student counseling or a related field is essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple student cases effectively. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse student population. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is necessary. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions is mandatory.
