Study Advisers UK (SAUK) is an independent education and immigration consultants based in UK. We provide advice and services to students who like to study in USA, UK, Canada and Australia. Our Multan Office is looking for an Office Assistant Intern.
Ideal candidate MUST be young, enthusiastic, with excellent English communication and social media marketing skills and keen to start work immediately.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and responding in an appropriate manner
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing appointments and day to day tasks of office members
- Admin tasks including emailing, filing, photocopying and scanning
- Typing, recording and posting incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling training and completing forms
- Data entry and updating spreadsheets
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of analytical tools with a creative mindset.
- Ability to do multitasking.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (O/A Levels preferred).

Compensation between Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 12,000 depending on educational background. Initially for the period of 3 months but likely to be permanent.
