Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operational and financial controls.
- Analyze audit data and financial information to identify inconsistencies, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and required corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit and other team members to plan and coordinate audit activities, including regular and ad-hoc audits.
- Follow up on audit findings by tracking and ensuring timely implementation of corrective measures and management responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving best practices to enhance audit procedures and methodologies.
- Assist in developing audit programs and checklists tailored to business processes within the manufacturing sector.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department to increase operational efficiency and compliance reliability.
- Document audit procedures, evidence, and results in accordance with internal policies and professional audit standards.
- Communicate audit results and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in training and guiding junior audit staff where applicable, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Ensure audit activities comply with local laws, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
