The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting interviews and new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with company standards. In this role, the HR Executive also handles employee grievances with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. They are tasked with organizing employee engagement initiatives that boost morale and productivity. Additionally, the HR Executive oversees HR records management using HRMS portals, ensures strict compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and supports payroll and attendance functions. The role requires a proactive approach in implementing performance review systems and coordinating training programs to enhance employee development. This position typically requires three to four years of HR experience and a related bachelor's degree, with no team management responsibilities involved.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and conducting orientations for new hires.
  • Resolve employee grievances efficiently to maintain a supportive and positive work environment.
  • Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to promote team spirit and increase workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records through HRMS portals, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies in all HR practices and documentations.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate inputs related to attendance, leaves, and employee compensation.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and compensation plans according to company guidelines.
  • Implement performance appraisal procedures to monitor and enhance employee performance.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to build employee skills and support organizational growth.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee information in line with company policies.
  • Use HRIS software proficiently to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR operations.
