- Prepare HR Policies for the company
- Arrange candidates for various vacant positions in the Company
- Arrange interviews of candidates with Dept Heads and Management
- Seek approval for the hiring of candidates
- Arrange issuance of appointment letters from HR Department
- Complete joining formalities and personal files of all newly hired staff
- Process Performance Evaluation & Promotions of employees.
- Arrange approval for Transfer / Posting and issue Transfer Orders
- Arrange leave approvals and update leave portal
- Maintain complete record /MIS of all assignments.
- Performing any other task assigned by Management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
