- To process salary cases for newly hired employees as per prescribed procedure, duly filling in prescribed forms for salary.
- To check, cross verify and monitor payroll before putting it up to CEO
- To receive, handle and resolve salary problems, deductions from salary, salary delays, and all kinds of grievances related to employees’ salary;
- To process contracts of employees and to handle resignation, induction and orientation processes
- To process and implement increment cases after the appraisal exercise as per prescribed process.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Manage General Ledger
- Coordination with the bank.
- Keep himself and senior management updated about latest Tax related matters.
- Generate Sales Tax Invoices
- Prepare and manage ledger accounts in Excel
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements
- Preparing statements and other reports.
- Prepare Budget and monitor expenses of different departments.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
- Assist, Coordinate and liaison with Auditors
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with business partners (internal & external).
