Excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in application development to join a well-established team as they transform innovative ideas into mass production. Your role will involve designing and implementing embedded applications for IoT devices.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative thinking engineer who is willing to grow and learn in a close team environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Electronics/Computer Science degree or similar
- Some microcontroller development experience (e.g. Arduino, PIC, Raspberry Pi etc).
- Programming in Python or equivalent scripting language.
- Experience in electronic development / embedded systems
- A good understanding of wireless technologies (Wifi, Bluetooth, LoRa)
- Knowledge of IoT back-haul comms protocols highly valued
- Enthusiasm and willing to try anything and learn
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum is highly desirable.General understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
