• Manage company accounts.
• Maintain daily expense vouchers.
• Petty Cash Handling.
• Answer telephone and direct calls.
• Take and relay messages and emails
• Provide information to callers.
• Greet persons entering organization.
• Direct persons to correct destination.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meeting.
• Good communication in English and Urdu.
• Good Command on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Filing, Data management, and Data Entry
