- Should have Driven Test/Data Collector experience of minimum 1.5 year on 2G/3G/4G sites for SSVs and Cluster Drives.
- Should have worked on any of DT tool (TEMS Investigation, NEMO, Genex Probe, JDSU, X-Cal, QXDM).
- Should have Post Processing/ Report Writing experience for SSV Cluster Drives at least for 1 year.
- Should have post processing experience on any of tool (TEMS discovery, Actix Analyzer, Wind catcher, eDAT etc).
- MapInfo, MS Excel, MS power point Proficiency required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Handling SSV issues, Layer-3 analysis, including MO/MT CSFB, UL/DL low, RRC Drop, and Ping related issues.
- Giving detailed description for call drop, delays/failures.
- Troubleshooting problems like missing neighbors, coverage holes, areas of no dominance, overshooting sites, Cross feeder, poor coverage and bad quality areas.
- Preparing SSVs for LTE sites (Multiple Carriers FDD/TDD), making reports, Carrier Aggregation.
- Generating reports and making final presentations on Excel/PPT by inserting all the thematic on required template for customer.
- Analyzing Transmission schemes and Modulation techniques, Rank Indicator, Resource Block Allocation and CQI.
- Logs analyzing drop calls, blocked call, access failure, Handovers, SHO, IRAT HO failure, PDSCH/PUSCH throughputs.
- Scanner data and RRC RAB Success Rate.
- Understanding of LTE-A is a plus.
