Responsibilities:
- Meeting with student and talk about admission criteria and process application according to their choice.
- Discuss with students in detail about their grades and guide them for the best possible available options.
- Guide coordinator how to deal with different student issues and helped them for organizing inventory for the events.
- Work closely with Branch Managers for student offers and admission processing and enhancing product knowledge.
- Visiting different school and organize events as per the marketing strategy of the company.
- Working closely with coordinators to complete the walking, registering, processing list.
- Working closely with other staff to get the work done on priority basis.
- Help application officer to complete student applications and keep them updated about student status.
- Guide students to complete their visa documents.
- Push students to make early payments and secure their place and apply their visa well before the deadlines.
- Guide them about pre departure and keep in contact with students even after they landed abroad.
- Give excellent service to students to get more referrals to meet personal and company targets.
- Improve product knowledge on regular basis and share information with peers.
- Prepare list of potential students and follow them up on regular basis for the completion of the case.
- All other duties will be explained in due time
