The candidate should have to draft accounts from bookkeeping records for small and medium-sized limited companies along with assisting the manager to deliver the tasks on time.

The role will cover but not be limited to:

  • Review of Annual accounts, Vat returns, EC Sales, Management accounts, Management reports;
  • Preparation of financial reports and letters for management, shareholders, directors, statutory, and other bodies;
  • Preparation of tax returns, written advice for tax problems for a range of different clients;
  • Analyzing financial information for management purposes;
  • Preparing periodic accounts on time, budgets and reviews, and financial forecasts
  • Highly competent in double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliation of bank and control accounts, and posting of journals
  • Able to prepare the bookkeeping records to trial balance
  • Processing of accrual and prepayments
  • Closing off month/year-end accounts
  • Processing information for VAT returns and submission
