Job Description

• Handling online queries• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts• Suggesting information about other products and services• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed• Enter and update customer information in the database• Take and process orders in an accurate manner• Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
