We are looking for a Professional Accountant to join our Accounting Department for a permanent full time position. He/She will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Keeping account books and systems upto date
- Maintain proper vouchers and thier files for record
- Monthly bank reconciliation with bank statement and supporting documents
- Review monthly revenue and expenses
- Manage and report daily cash and prepare cash forecast, monitor collection activities and working capital.
- Compile monthly financial statements, monthly accounting schedules conduct financial analysis on monthly statements.
- Recording day to day transactions and posting into Quickbooks online.
- Preparation and recording of petty cash vouchers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable depending on requirements.
- Make frequent contact with clients to ensure payments.
- Able to prepare and understand Financial statements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role and bookkeeping
- Minimum of bachelors degree in accounting on business administration
- Expert in working on Quickbooks, MS Word and Excel etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and local laws
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
