Manager Project (Civil) is required to run and oversee the construction of a landmark multi-story luxury apartment project based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidates must be experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams and working with a demanding client. Candidates must have 20 years of minimum experience as Manager Project (Civil), managing Multi-Story/High Rise Projects that they have supervised from conception to delivery.
Requirements:
- MSc. Civil Engineering from a Renowned Institution preferably from Abroad.
- 20 Years of Experience in Construction Management of High-Rise / Multi-Story Buildings
- Commercially Astute
- Well Versed in Govenment Department Bye Laws (CDA, EPA etc.)
- Experienced in Managing Large Teams and Monitoring Project Planning/Schedules
- Supervise Site Execution & be able to Scrutinise/Verify Running Payments in relation to Project BOQs
- A proven track-record of delivering projects with references

Hence, rightfully so, the unveiling of the foundation stone took place in April the following year that was graciously officiated by the, then Prime Ministers of Pakistan & China. December 2006, COMPLETION OF INFRASTRUCTURE By the end of 2006, Sukh Chayn Gardens was complete in all aspects. Comprising of all utilities like Roads, Parks, Landscaping, sewage, gas, storm drainage, fiber optics system & much more, SCG slogan was “BUY TODAY, BUILD TODAY”, that encompassed the ideology that take ownership of your land right then and there and start your lives in SCG today. A lot of thought and investment went into the landscaping of SCG. Fully grown trees of various species, at least 15 years old, were imported from Thailand with the ideal to improve the ambience & air quality of the community which is probably one of these many factors that played in to the purchase of residential plots. All of the residential plots were sold off in a mere time period of just 2 years – a testament to the fact that SCG delivered the ideal community living space in Lahore.
