Project Engineer

This position will encompass performing engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction activities.

This position will be based out of Islamabad and will be required to work from at the jobsite.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures on accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Reviews status reports for managements, client, and others
- Coordinates projects activities with Sukh Chayn Valley (Pvt) Ltd.’s personnel, subcontractors
- Responsible to assist with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project; including safety, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management, procurement and quality
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Work with and be part of the estimating departments during project procurement phases
- Ability to act as a Quality Control / Quality Assurance representative as required.

Qualifications and Experience
· Diploma in Associate Engineer (DAE) (Minimum)
· Minimum 10 years’ experience
· Relevant Experience in High Rises preferred
