- Ensure the effective and flexible coordination and implementation of the project;
- Ensure that the project beneficiaries are well involved in the activities of the project;
- Ensure optimal cooperation of beneficiaries with regard to implementation of all components of the project;
- General monitoring of the project including adherence to reporting requirements to donors;
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly work plans of project activities;
- Coordinate timely implementation of all aspects of the project with particular emphasis on specific activities described in the project document such as technical skills of making cook stoves in a modern way and business enterprise training;
- Sharing routine progress and performance reports on the prescribed formats with USAID-Ambassador’s Fund Grant Program team;
- Coordinate and oversee entry of relevant data into the project database, verify the accuracy of inputted data, ensure the filing system is updated and include database information in periodic project reports.
- Maintain accurate project filing systems covering all project activities;
- Coordinate project procurement and logistics activities with administrative support personnel;
- Support information dissemination activities and advocate for the project among key stakeholders;
- Building the capacity of subordinate staff on carrying out activities in due manner and as per the spirit and objectives of the project;
- Initiating key debates on relevant topics with stakeholders and the target departments;
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management of Sukhi Development Foundation.
