Responsibilities:
- The Data Analyst and Auditor will primarily be responsible for developing, assembling and distributing the analytics needed to support audit team for end to end audit fieldwork activities.
- Regular inventory observation
- Regular stock distribution from head office to shops and shops to shops
- The Auditor will also have responsibilities in addressing ad-hoc analytics requests which may come from The Leadership.
- Plan and conduct complete monthly physical inventory audits of all shops, head office and factory to ensure monitoring and correctness of physical stock with the Point of Sale business application
- Conduct random inventory audits of all shops, head office and factory.
- Adjust and manage the inventory issue in ERP.
- To supervise and manage all related work
