- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Setting customer service standards
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigating and setting standards for quality
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters
- Determining training needs
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Directing objectives to maximise profitability
- Monitoring performance by supervising technical or laboratory staff.
- Effectively promote quality achievement and performance improvements
- Analyze defective returns and communicate with appropriate individuals to implement countermeasures
- Develop, deploy and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
- Responsible for showroom and customer returns and executing their further necessary actions
- Being part of sales team and visit dealer network to keep the liaison and making CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) Plans.
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Being liaison with customer services section for daily, weekly and monthly data sharing of showroom and customer returns
- To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate Supervisor
