- Ensure regular visits in designated territory for prospection & lead generation and ensure effective market coverage.
- Analyze & understand customers’ requirements and propose the appropriate solution.
- Serve quotations based on the customers’ requirements and convert the leads into revenues for the company ensuring maximum hit ratio by aggressive follow ups.
- Improve Market Intelligence but keeping close contact with existing and potential customers.
- Closely monitoring competitor’s activities and device counter strategy in coordination with management.
- Coordinate with service department for ensuring satisfied customer base.
- Maintain good business relationship with the customers.
