Experience Required:

Skills Required:
Drawings reading, Pre tendering post tendering, project plan and site management, AutoCAD, M.S Office
Location: Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal with the design stakeholders e.g Architect,
- Structural designer, MEP designer, and Firefighting designer, and get the most appropriate and cost-effective design.
- Study all the drawings, and in case of any contradiction coordinate with the concerned design stakeholder to solve the problem.
- Authority submission e.g CDA and DMA and get to get approval.
- Create tender documents and ask for bids from well-reputed local contractors.
- Prepare a cost comparison sheet to award the bid for a suitable contractor.
- Settle the agreement between the appointed contractor and owner in the best of owner interest.
- Ask for a Project plan from the appointed contractor and launch the site works.
- Execute the site works as per the approved drawings.
- Monitor and control the Quantity and Quality of the work.
- To get the daily progress and labor report from the contractor.
- Ensure that the contractor’s workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the project completion as per the approved drawings and project plans.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
