An International Immigration Firm is looking for a Female CRO having good communication skills and dealing with clients.
Efficient in computer applications such as Ms Word and internet browsing and emailing etc.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Handle client inquiries regularly as per specified format and company policy.
Accurate inquiry data input in CRM.
Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.
Email replies to inquiries timely as and when it is required.
Liaising with other departments in ensuring that all queries are resolved keeping the manager in the loop.
Handling email marketing and social media flyers distribution on regular basis.
