Responsibilities
- Identify and research US-based remote, contract, and full-time software engineering job opportunities that match candidate profiles.
- Tailor application documents including resumes and cover letters to align precisely with job descriptions and technical requirements.
- Submit applications effectively across multiple job platforms and company websites ensuring all requirements are met.
- Track and monitor recruiter and hiring manager communications to maintain timely follow-ups and comprehensive application records.
- Manage and prioritize the end-to-end application pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed and deadlines are met.
- Use bid management software to organize, monitor, and streamline application processes and progress.
- Conduct competitive analysis of job markets to enhance application strategies and improve success rates.
- Maintain excellent communication with candidates to update them on application statuses and next steps.
- Ensure all application materials are error-free, formatted consistently, and comply with company and job platform standards.
