Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented female Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and enhance our procurement and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products across the supply chain, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery. This position involves close collaboration with multiple departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain optimal stock levels across all locations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and supplier records using SAP B1/ERP systems.
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to avoid delays and prevent stock shortages.
- Support vendor evaluation processes and assist in building long-term supplier relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies or slow-moving stock.
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles, preferably within retail, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP B1, MS Excel, and data reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, time management, and negotiation skills.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs80,000. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to efficient supply chain operations within a dynamic and growing organization.
