Supply Chain Executive / Post Sales Customer Experience Executive - Kitchens and Wardrobes

Chughtaiz the Trendsetter is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Executive specializing in post-sales customer experience within the kitchens and wardrobes sector. This full-time, on-site position is based in Lahore at DHA Main Boulevard, New Super Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless after-sales service, coordinating production and delivery, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage after-sales service by efficiently addressing customer complaints to maintain satisfaction. Coordinate and execute production files, ensuring all documentation aligns with sales orders. Collect weekly sales bookings from the sales team and confirm that import orders are placed accordingly. Collaborate with site supervisors to verify site markings for accuracy before installation. Schedule delivery dates in consultation with clients, providing clear communication and timely updates. Ensure payment clearance is completed prior to delivery to prevent delays. Coordinate installation activities by working closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution. Oversee printing tasks and liaise with vendors to guarantee timely and quality output. Manage the receipt of items sent to the warehouse, maintaining accurate records and inventory control. Ensure showroom samples are properly displayed and maintained to effectively represent the brand.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in supply chain management or post-sales customer service, preferably within the kitchens and wardrobes industry. Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams. High attention to detail when managing production files, site markings, and showroom samples. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
