We are looking for Manager Supply Chain. Candidate must have experience of 5 years of working at managerial position in supply chain or procurement department of any organization. Major job responsibilities includes:
- Restructuring of supply chain of SHT (Linking Sales, Inventory, Godowns, Purchase and Dispatch).
- Assessment of supply chain staff .
- Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of supply chain (warehouse) activities with such activities as records control, dispatching and supplies
- Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Training, developing and performance monitoring activities for subordinates.
- Creating, distributing and updating handbooks and SOPs to educate employees.
- Monitoring inventory levels by overseeing or performing daily cycle counts.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.
- Manage & planning inventory level and warehousing/store space.
- Regular reconciliation of stock.
- Implementation of forecasting techniques.
- Generate regular reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis to management.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
