EPOSMATIC, a fast-growing restaurant management software company operating across Pakistan and the UAE, is looking for a Support & Data Entry Specialist to join its Islamabad team. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client operations by providing backend support and assisting customers effectively. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate data records, and contribute to overall client satisfaction through clear communication and timely problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level customer support primarily through phone and WhatsApp channels.
- Respond to software-related questions and guide clients through troubleshooting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy by updating restaurant menus, pricing, staff details, and other relevant information promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients after resolving issues to confirm satisfaction and closure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in customer support or data entry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
This role requires working Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. The position is based in Islamabad and requires physical presence at the office. The monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
