Job Details:

Role: Email and Chat Support Representative

Shift: Night Shift (12:00 am - 9:00 am PKT, may vary due to daylight saving)

Training Timings: 12:00 am - 9:00 am PKT

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 2 year of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work full-time night shifts
  • Proficient in providing technical support over email and chat using Zendesk CRM
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support over email and chat
  • Utilize Zendesk CRM and related tools to address customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via email & chat
  • Resolve inquiries using Zendesk CRM
  • Deliver timely, quality service to customers
