Responsibilities
- Include Functional and Technical day to day EBS R12 Application Issues handling and solution.
- Oracle PL/SQL programming and SQL tuning.
- Supporting, extending and customizing Oracle EBS Applications with technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Forms, Reports, Concurrent Manager, OA Framework and Forms personalization, and other Oracle Applications technology stack components.
- Supporting Oracle reporting and dashboard technologies such as Discoverer, Business Intelligence, BI/XMLPublisher, etc.
- Oracle Applications Express application development.
- Linux shell programming (bash/ksh, perl, etc).
- Customizing, programming, and administering EBS on Linux platform.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement the optimal solution.
- Data fix, fixing of bugs and patch apply on Linux platforms.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of database servers including EBS on UNIX/Linux/Wind platforms.
- Management of database servers and devising backup strategies i.e. zero level, incremental backups using advanced utilities, dbexport/dbimport, load/unload, restore points etc.
- Responsible to perform query optimization, database design and provide support in writing complex queries, stored procedures/functions, views, DDL/DML scripts review/feedback.
- Responsibilities include designing, maintenance, implementation & administration of databases in different data centers.
- Responsible to configure and maintain Data guard at different locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
