- Good experience of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, Strong Loop etc
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (React, Angular)
- Experience with development tools such as Babel, NPM
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks
- Good understanding of server-side tempalating languages Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Training juinors
- Build custom npm packages
- Implementation of security and data protection Integration of data storage solutions Implementing and automating integration tests and unit tests.
1- Ability to evaluate features in terms of:
• Development time
• Best coding and operation design
• Understanding and proactive architecture design.
2- Team lead experience
Ability to articulate requirement and progress
3- Fluent in English to communicate with remote/in-house team.
4- Self motivated wanting to learn grow it professional and personal skills.
