1 Should set target for his Staff & make them understand these targets Give the employees appropriate action plan to achieve the targets.
2 The Assitant Service Manager must make sure that his employees have enough skills to achieve set targets. In this regards he is responsible to arrange training to improve their skills for enhancement of customer satisfaction.
3 The Assitant Service Manager should monitor daily operational activities such as
a) Daily cars serviced
b) Staff Attendance
c) Customer Complaints
d) Parts Availability
e) Storage of Warranty defective Parts
f) Maintenance of equipment and tools
g) Training of staff 4
The Service Manager should be fully aware of the implementation of Pak Suzuki service procedures/ policies, circulars and instructions.
5 Analysis of service feedback card, repeat job analysis, customer follow-up & counter measures along with CRO & timely submission of PPR, JEN, PDI/FFI bills, and all required reports to PSMCL.
6 Visit of fleet owners to increase business.

8 The Assitant Service Manager should plan and implement service promotional activities in consultation with PSMCL.
