Marketing & Sales Manager
EXPERIENCE
Atleast 3-year experience required in Marketing & Sales role
Responsibilities
- Promoting the Company's Existing Product (eSchool Management System) to the market
- Handling walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Identify client needs, clarify information and convince clients
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Atlest 3 Years experience in Marketing & Sales
- Experience in Sale of IT Software Product will be a BIG PLUS
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Must have his own conveyance with him/her (Fuel Allowance will be Given Separately)
