We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Skills & Qualifications
• At least a BS in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1-year experience with Web Applications
• Mandatory Experience in working with CodeIgniter Framework and other Web technologies (PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery)
• Integrate 3rd party libraries such as MPDF and QuickBooks
• Integrate Google's Firebase Products such as (Push Notifications, Realtime Database & Cloud Firestore)
• Proficient in using AJAX
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Build restful JSON Web Services
• Build REST API’s
• Work on complex PHP Business Applications and Accounting Applications
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Strong understanding of security requirements in Web Development Environment
• Demonstrated interest in Database Application Development
• Disciplined programming skills with an eye for professional User Interfaces
• Familiarity with Human-Computer Interface (HCI) guidelines
• Must have strong grasp of MVC development pattern
• Familiarity with the object-oriented and structured programming paradigm
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

• Experience in working with Laravel Framework
• Experience in working with React/Angular/Node/MongoDB
• Experience in popular CMSs such as Open Cart, Shopify, Magento, Word Press, Drupal.
• Experience in developing and customizing Plugins for the above-mentioned CMSs.
• Experience in customizing themes for the CMSs
